One Time Directory Setup Each exhibitor directory has a one-time setup cost. This one time cost varies depending on the numbers of exhibitors and extent of customization required. Flash-Frame Cost - Trade Shows The cost to create an exhibitor Flash-Frame and host it within an exhibitor directory is $399.00 for the first Flash-Frame and $299.00 for each additional Flash-Frame for the same exhibitor. This cost covers the hosting fee through the buildup time prior to the live trade show date and for one month following. If an exhibitor wishes to use a previously built Flash-Frame within their exhibitor listing, the price for hosting only through the buildup time prior to the live trade show date and for one month following is $199.00 If an exhibitor wishes to continue to display their Flash-Frame on their web site beyond this initial trade show period, the cost is $24.95 per month per Flash-Frame. This price include placement on partner web sites with an unlimited number of views. Discounts are offered to accounts with 5 or more Flash-Frames. Flash-Frame Cost - Web Only The cost to create a web only Flash-Frame is $299.00 plus $24.95 per month per Flash-Frame for hosting.
